Hi, I’m Maddie, a trauma-informed psychotherapist who often works with people feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, relationship patterns, or self-doubt. I believe people are often far more resilient than they realize, and I take a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build on their existing capacities. I aim to help my clients reach deeper emotional understanding, learn regulation tools, and make meaningful changes, so they can heal, grow, and live in greater alignment with their values. Essentially, I practice with the belief that clients already have what they need, and that together in therapy we will find it.
