I am a qualifying psychotherapist completing my practicum hours at the Pain and Wellness Centre under the supervision of Dr. Karen Spivak. My approach blends evidence-based modalities like CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness to support clients facing anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and emotional overwhelm. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Coach and mindfulness teacher, I offer a compassionate, holistic space for healing and growth.
