Change can be challenging, especially where there are no roadmaps for us to follow. We look for the guideposts, but in this evolving and sometimes uncertain world, solutions may be hard to find. Working together, and collaboratively, we can achieve goal-focused problem solving strategies. I believe that everyone wants to feel better; identifying what that looks like for each individual, couple or family is part of the work...and part of the journey.
