I have a unique background of over 30 + years experience working with young children, adolescents and their families. I offer a variety of client centred psychotherapeutic services specializing in individual and family therapy. My relaxed play-based approach helps children explore difficult emotions and situations. I use a strength-based approach helping adolescents building their self confidence, self esteem and coping strategies. When parents feel capable and they are better able to understand their child's individuality the potential risks for mental health concerns decrease for every family member.
