Hi, my name is Lisa. As a Registered Social Worker I am passionate about working with individuals to enhance communication, improve emotional regulation, and navigate the complexities of mental health and couples to build strong, healthy and close relationships. Therapy provides a forum and skills to help understand what you’re feeling, why and how to cope. Our past experiences and attachment relationships shape our beliefs, behaviors and attitudes, which can impact our present and future actions. Making the decision to learn from your past and apply it to your present will allow you to live the life that you were meant to live.
