Was growing up a very difficult time for you? Do you feel disconnected from others or lonely now as an adult? Growing up and having a very difficult childhood can make us feel alone, not good enough, worry, constantly think about others, and may even lead to intrusive thoughts or thoughts of not wanting to live. Having experienced childhood trauma, abuse or neglect affects people into their adulthood and can show up in many ways like, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I help women who have experienced a difficult, or traumatic childhood, deal with and support their past and present experiences.
