My main goal is to provide a warm, accepting and nurturing environment in which my clients can explore their vulnerable parts and grow from them. Often our life circumstances, or even those of our parents and grand-parents, have led us to mistaken beliefs about ourselves, our worth, and our place in life. When we examine these beliefs in a realistic and compassionate manner, we find ways to change that we never believed were possible for us. I have witnessed many such changes over the years, and I believe that a full and happy life is possible for all of us.
