Feeling overwhelmed due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or the effects of gaslighting and manipulation? My aim to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work towards your healing and change. I draw from years of experience in helping women, men, and teens who have faced betrayal and relational trauma and narcissistic abuse. I know that it is not easy to maintain boundaries, deciding the future of a relationship, and navigating the unknown future. Which is why, I offer a calm, compassionate space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and rebuild confidence to navigate the hard stuff.
