I am experienced in working with individuals affected by PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I provide culturally sensitive services in both English and Mandarin. In my practice, I integrate Somatic Experiencing to help stabilize the hypervigilant nervous system, access deep body-held memories, reduce hyperarousal and dissociative symptoms, and release stored biological energy from overwhelming events—supporting clients in feeling lighter and more grounded. I incorporate Hakomi Therapy to explore unconscious, limiting core beliefs that shape clients' behaviors and perceptions.
