I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals and couples navigate addiction recovery, relationship and communication issues, and major life transitions such as divorce, empty-nest changes, and prenatal or postpartum adjustment. I offer both ongoing therapy and short-term, goal-focused couples counseling.
