Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the kind of loss that comes with major change. Whether you're working through a difficult transition, processing trauma, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, you don't have to figure it out alone. My work centers on those moments when the ground shifts beneath you and you're not sure who you are on the other side. I draw on evidenced-based approaches and believe therapy works best as a partnership. My role is not to hand you answers, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your own strengths and build the tools to move forward.
