My work focuses on the places where we feel challenged in connection—with ourselves and the important people in our lives. People often come to therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life and relationships.
