Many of the women I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. They’re smart, capable, and self-aware, yet stuck in the same patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions. If you relate, you’re not alone. I help women who struggle with relationship challenges, chronic stress, and the lingering impact of trauma. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling disconnected from your body, or constantly doubting your worth. On the outside you appear "fine", but inside you feel tense and overwhelmed.
