Are worried thoughts taking over your life? My name is Lauren, and I provide an empathetic, supportive and affirming approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel comfortable talking about life’s difficulties. I work with children on managing big feelings, with parents on understanding their children's developmental milestones, and with teenagers on issues relating to gender and sexuality. I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and would love to get to know you over the phone. In the past, I have worked with school-aged children, LGBTQ+ youth, and with folks in recovery from substances.
