As a Master of Counselling Psychology student, I aim to create a space that feels warm, real, and easy to show up to. I help you explore your emotions, make sense of patterns shaped by past experiences, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I take a collaborative, non-judgmental approach—gently challenging what’s not serving you while supporting the parts of you that feel unsure or stuck. My hope is that you feel truly heard, supported, and comfortable—like this is a place you can come back to and feel a little more like yourself each time.
