Thank you for visiting my page! I work with PDA, Autism, and ADHD in children, teens and adults. I am late diagnosed neurodivergent myself and I have a passion for helping others navigate the emotional experience of getting a diagnosis. ADHD and Autism influence how we are in relationships, how we communicate, regulate our emotions, and how we perceive sensory input. Our neurotype is the lens that we see the world from, and understanding your neurotype can be incredibly empowering.
