Navigating mental health and life's challenges can be difficult. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with lived experience, I understand how overwhelming circumstances can become, and I appreciate the bravery it requires to seek help. I have a passion for assisting individuals who are navigating various struggles, including anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation, among others. To the therapy space, I bring my experience working in social-service settings, specifically with populations who have experienced a wide variety of traumas.
