I work with the high-functioning anxious or depressed overthinkers who appear “fine” on the outside but feel untethered, overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out inside. They’ve spent years putting others first, struggling to slow down and connect with their values and body, sometimes feeling trapped in a cycle of unresolved feelings. Navigating big emotions, life transitions, grief, or past trauma, they seek warm, genuine, and relatable support. Many feel misunderstood, like awkward imposters, yet are often the funniest people. Their goals include living confidently, comfortably, and free from inner clouds and negative spirals.
