Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism, self-criticism, shame, or emotional overwhelm. They may notice recurring struggles in relationships, difficulty managing emotions, or a sense that they are working very hard but still feel unsettled inside. In therapy, we slow down together to understand these patterns and develop greater clarity, self-compassion, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
