I have worked with people through their bodies, minds, and souls for more than 25 years. My focus is in Somatic-Depth work and Talk-Touch work. Depth looks at what is going on deeper than thoughts and behaviors. Somatic brings respect for what the body has experienced and for its wisdom. Somatic and Depth together reclaim psychology from behavioralism—restoring a reverence for the soul. In a way that is gentle and deeply respectful, we will listen for what is going on and use modalities that support the body, brain, nervous system, heart, and soul to come into the present moment, balance, and strength.
