Are you looking for support with relationship challenges, managing anxiety, or exploring self-identity? I work with people looking to better understand and improve their relationships, both with themselves and others. Our work could involve improving your communication, learning to set boundaries, regulating emotions, understanding patterns of behaviour, or managing anger. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse children and teens and their caregivers. This may look like support in building connection in the family, navigating complex school dynamics, or learning skills for emotion regulation.
