I am Intensely DBT trained from The Linehan Institute. DBT began as the premiere treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder and then grew to be successfully used for a variety of issues, including: depression, anxiety, impulsivity, couples counselling and substance addiction. I also use a variety of other practices and therapies, including: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Therapy. My process is always to ask you, the client, what it is you want, what would that look like, and what is in your way. Then we collaborate to get you there!
