Life can be incredibly challenging. We often experience difficult and complex situations or truama that deeply impact our emotions, thoughts and behaviours. Going through these challenges can can leave us feeling lonely, in pain, overwhelmed, and helpless. No matter where you are in life my goal is to help you achieve your goals whether that be healing and processing, finding meaning or being the person you want to be. While working together towards your goals and providing helpful tools for the future, I offer compassionate support to make sense of and address life challenges and experiences.
