I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. My hope is that something here resonates — a reflection of how I show up in this work: grounded, attuned, and real. My approach is both clinical and deeply human, shaped by experiences of loss, uncertainty, and growth. For those who find traditional office settings uncomfortable, I do offer walk-and-talk therapy — where movement, nature, and conversation come together in a gentler way to support healing. Some days you may come with big emotions; other days, it’s the quiet exhaustion of everyday life. Whatever it is, we walk through it together.
