My goal as a Provisional Psychologist is to build an emotionally safe, meaningful, and powerful relationship with you, so that you can best understand yourself in a way that can change your life. Counselling is all about developing an awareness of yourself and what has happened in your life, then being able to use this awareness to produce change in your life. I strongly believe in your capacity for positive change, and I can offer support and guidance as you learn to heal and grow from your trauma.
