As a neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and queer therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience. I often work with clients who want to feel more in control of their lives and emotions, process their experiences, explore their identity, and work toward their future. Together, we'll work to understand the past, navigate the present, and create a more aligned future.
