Life can feel stressful and overwhelming at times, whether you’re coping with a long-term issue or trying to process something new in your life. I provide therapy for teens and adults, with a particular focus on individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, addictions, or relationship concerns, including communication and boundaries. When we begin working together, sessions start with a lot of listening and an emphasis on building a sense of ease and connection. I take time to understand what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, so we can clarify goals and focus on what feels most important to address.
