I am a trauma informed, EMDR Certified Therapist working with individuals from all backgrounds to foster healing and resilience. I provide both short- and long-term therapy services to individuals seeking to process a wide range of psychological and personal challenges. Many of us face recurring difficulties—whether in relationships or within ourselves—without fully understanding their origins. This can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, and unsure of how to move forward. By uncovering the underlying causes of emotional distress, we can begin the journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
