As a therapist, wife, and mom, I know how much our closest relationships shape who we are...and how easily we can feel stuck inside them. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to slow things down, tune into the emotions and needs underneath the surface, and gently explore the patterns keeping you stuck. My approach is grounded, relational, and tailored to you. I create a space that is safe, inclusive, and judgment-free, where you feel truly seen and heard.
