I am passionate about helping people find their authentic selves, to live fuller, more meaningful and flourishing lives- the lives they were born to live. Fostered and continually growing through my own intraspective explorations, I help clients of most issues and needs examine their lives with a mindful awareness of their outlived tendencies. I help clients strengthen their Intrapersonal Emotional Intelligence to understand themselves and others better and perceive why we do what we do; and I invite clients toward a disposition of openness and intrigue needed for eliciting empowering change.
