I’m so grateful you found your way here. I welcome whatever brings clients to the brave space of considering therapy. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I consider it an honour to walk alongside clients as they uncover the wisdom that exists within themselves—and between one another—which can sometimes be hard to access alone. I welcome client diversity. I've worked in the arts, healthcare, non-profits and education. I've supported children, youth, adults, couples, and families across the lifespan (including youth/families in CFS, folks navigating chronic illness, blended families, newcomers, 2SLGBTQ+ folk)
