As a parent, it can be difficult to watch your child struggle and not know how to help. You may notice anxiety, big emotions, low mood, attention & focus difficulties, friendship challenges, low confidence, emotional outbursts, or feeling overwhelmed by school & everyday life. Perhaps your child is avoiding things they once enjoyed, struggling to cope with stress, or having difficulty expressing how they feel. I work with children (6+) & teens experiencing big emotions. ADHD & autism-related challenges, anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, grief, perfectionism, peer conflicts and bullying, and many more social & emotional challenges.
