Having 19 years’ experience in the field of mental health, I enjoy supporting and empowering adults through periods of distress, anxiety or depression and work from a strengths based approach to identify unique traits that individuals have to help them find peace and contentment in their lives. I am familiar with different therapeutic modalities and constantly learning.
