About

I work with teens, young women, and adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, chronic dieting, perfectionism, and self-worth. Many feel stuck in cycles of shame, comparison, and preoccupation with food, body, and control. As a counsellor with lived experience of a 15-year eating disorder, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work. My passion is creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we focus on healing your relationship with food and body, building self-trust, and supporting recovery.
