They often feel lost, stuck or find themselves in the same cycles that don't work for them, but they are unsure how to shift away from them. If you find yourself acting in a way that prioritizes others' needs, socially withdrawing when things get difficult or putting on a mask to hide how you’re feeling, you are not alone.
