I am Krista McClure, a Registered Social Worker and one of the founders of The Mental Health Studio in Newmarket, Ontario. I offer individual therapy in person in Newmarket and virtually to clients anywhere in Ontario. In my individual practice, I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety and depression, trauma, anger management, addictions, and difficult life transitions such as separation, loss, parenthood, relationship struggles, and the quieter but very real work of building self-esteem, a sense of identity and purpose, and finding meaning in life's later chapters.
