I work with couples/ relationships and individuals experiencing conflict, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and the pressures of living a busy life. I take a narrative-based approach to therapy using empathy, deep curiosity and humour. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, feminist, 2SLGBTQ-affirmative, and sex-positive. I'm committed to working collaboratively with you to create a supportive, empowering therapeutic relationship that lets us bring forward the life story that feels most true, make the changes you want, and deepen what gives you strength and meaning in your life!
