I use a systemic approach to working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I use a number of therapeutic strategies and models in my work with clients including, solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness approaches. I have experience working with adults, children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, relationships, parenting practices, anger management, grief/loss, and separation and divorce. I also have experience and training in marital/couples counselling. I also complete Family Assessments for courts and for parents who are separating/divorcing.
