Feeling like you can’t keep living this way, but don’t know how to change? If that feels familiar, for you or your child, you’re not alone, and I’ve been there too. Therapy became a safe space for me, and now I work to offer that same space for my clients. I work with kids, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly hard on themselves. For kids and teens, this might look like big emotions, shutdowns, school struggles, or difficulty with focus and follow-through. For adults, it can show up as burnout, procrastination, overthinking, or feeling like you’re always falling behind, even when you’re trying your best.
