About

I am a Registered Social Worker and a graduate of a Master of Social Work (MSW) program. Over the past several years, she has worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and cross-cultural challenges, as well as supporting clients within the context of refugee mental health. My experience includes providing trauma-informed, strengths-based care to individuals across diverse backgrounds and life stages. I integrate approaches such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients feel grounded and supported.
