I am personable, approachable, and flexible; I will work with you to establish your goals for therapy, and help to process the issues that come up for you. My approach is seated in a place of curiosity and empathy, and I see myself as your advocate. I sometimes use humour during our sessions to reduce stress, and provide relatable examples so that you can integrate therapeutic skills into your life. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.
