Hi there! I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor and I am glad you've landed here on my page. I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, c-PTSD, anger, relationship challenges, attachment issues, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I have a special interest in helping folks heal anxiety and trauma, with a focus on addressing the root causes of distress rather than simply managing symptoms (for long-term change!). I welcome people of all sexual and gender identities, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and relationship structures.
