When I first meet a client I want to know what is important to them and how they'd like to see their life grow. I take a trauma-informed approach to employment support, recognizing that experiences of stress, burnout, and trauma can significantly shape how we engage with work. I help clients explore what meaningful employment looks like for them, while gently addressing the barriers that mental health challenges can can create. My goal is to support the people I work with in building sustainable, values-aligned careers that feel both safe and fulfilling.
