I've worked in sr. human resources positions for the past 25 years, I bring my passion and experience in supporting employees to become their best version of themselves while working together on their goals, to complement my psychotherapy practice. I bring a great deal of life experience both personally and professionally. I work with individuals, families and couples. Whether you are experiencing symptoms resulting from depression, anxiety, trauma, work challenges, relationship, eating disorders, attachment concerns, alcohol use disorder or are sober curious we will identify and work on your goals. I am EMDR trained.
