As an Occupational Therapist, I believe in helping you live a life full of meaningful activities, exploring what that means for each unique individual. I use a compassionate lens with a collaborative client-centered approach. I have helped my clients to expand their comfort zones, return to work, re-engage in their important activities and encourage skill development. We work together starting by building a foundation of understanding and then finding strategies that help you to work with your condition, instead of against it.
