Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming and chaotic, and we end up in patterns that we can't seem to break. Sometimes, something just feels off, and we don't know what to do about it. My goal is to empower you and guide you into making the healthier and more beneficial choices you want that will help change your life. I take a client-focused, solution-oriented approach to therapy while figuring out what other interventions and techniques help you individually. Change isn't usually easy, though, so we will work together to meet your goals. I am excited to partner with you in this journey and am here to help when you are ready.
