I use a client-centered approach, incorporating elements of several types of therapy: Cognitive-Behavioural, Mindfulness-Based and Psychodynamic, along with other modalities, in order to create a treatment plan that addresses your particular needs, while working with you to achieve your goals and become your favourite version of you.
