Ursa Psychology is a boutique mental health clinic in River Heights, Winnipeg, led by a registered clinical psychologist. We provide evidence-based therapy for adults, couples, children/adolescents, and groups, with particular expertise in women’s health & mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, youth mental health, and relationship challenges. Our approach is thoughtful and collaborative - helping clients understand their patterns, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting change. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Manitoba.
