About

My work as a clinical psychologist has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing, courageous people. It's very hard to acknowledge that we may need to face and address painful issues in order to move forward in our lives. I work with adults (18+) who are interested in dealing with challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to Post Traumatic Stress disorder and addictions. My chief joy as a psychologist is to collaborate with my patients and assist them to make real and lasting changes in how they live their lives. Life is not easy, but feeling strong and whole helps us deal with the demands we may encounter.
