Hi there! I'm Kasandra. I work primarily with youth, individuals, parents/couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected. Many clients come to me wanting help navigating big emotions, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, self-identity, and behavioural or relational challenges. I also work closely with parents who are doing their best but feel unsure how to respond, exhausted by ongoing cycles, or struggling to stay connected with their child or each other. We work through communication breakdowns, emotional distance, parenting stress, or repeated conflict cycles, while rebuilding trust, teamwork, and closeness.
